Hi Annie.
Go in nature. Go alone if you want or take your friend with you. Stay with people who don't do things like that. Think positive. Try different things to replace that useless habit. You too young to be in a wheelchair. Think positive. Find positive things to do and start to enjoy life around you :blush:
