You’re very welcome! I look at sobriety as in part taking care of myself on a daily basis in many ways. when your mind is clear and you feel good you will think and act better in life. Also, as important, is that the people around you will respond to that in a very positive way. This helps life get better and better as well.

Amen! I had 3 years previous to my relapse and those were the best years of my life! I can’t say I’m as happy as I expected I would be but I’m on my way, one day at a time. Thank you
