Funny how we as addicts use to live in the sewers of life and then get sober and some of us become holier than thou saints. To each their own is my motto. If something offends you, ignore them and move on. This woman has and is doing a miracle and expressing that miracle in HER own way. Is a blessing to many others. We all are when we get our chit together.

My primary defect is trying to control stuff that isn’t mine to control. I form resentments when other people do what’s best for them, instead of doing what I want them to do. Sometimes I catch myself trying to do that and I remind myself whose will got me in trouble, and whose got me out. Then I go about my business and let them go about theirs.

In a 12 step program like the one I work, that’s steps 6 and 7.

Maybe C.R. would be a good fit for you Love. Ppl. Use language in meetings all the time. Right,wrong or indifferent..you either need a thicker skin or maybe go somewhere you might feel more comfortable. Food for thought. Take the good and leave the rest right? Isn't that what we always say? Not here to argue, just presenting another view point :blush:
