So happy for you! Every time I crave a drink, in my head I play it out passed the initial relief all the way to the hangover and cringing. If it the cravings persist, I call my sober peeps, sponsor, get to a meeting, work the steps and or be of service to an alcoholic. Works every time for 14+ years. Hang in there😉
You have to find a reason to do this, and you Gotta make up in your mind that you’re gonna stay clean and sober no matter what happens because unfortunately life doesn’t go away because we getting recovery
