Depends on what you consider beautiful. Can never be too much of a good thing. An emphasis on good because to be truly beautiful I believe you have to be a good person.
But if you rephrased your question as “are there a lot of beautiful women out there or few beautiful women out there” …I would reply saying “yes, there are many many beautiful women out there”
After assessing whether there can be too much of a good thing…I have determined that there are not too many or too few beautiful people in general in the world…there is a perfect amount of beautiful people…furthermore, one could argue every person on this planet is beautiful in there own right.
