Chelsey, if you can go placidly amid the haste how will your life look different?What will you be doing that you have not or are not doing now that you would like to do? Is that how you will know you are better? It’s not all up to you, you can do your part though!

Glad you came back. I know Chicago winters can be ugly but there are a lot of fun things to do. Hope you find a balance
