Give yourself some grace honey. Relapse is part of the addiction process, or that’s what my recovery team says. Just get up, dust off your boots, and try again! You got this!

My family and friends don't want to talk to me. Iam alone.
I haven't talked to my kids in many years. My brother and sister hope l die from drinking so they can get my half of our fortune.

Now lam going to visit my family's and my kids again cause lam sane again after the instanity lve dealed with.

I not going to tell you you got this because you don't an none of really do , it's one day at a time , join a home group an lok for a sponsor an volunteer to make coffee an then chair the meeting for your home group in time tell your story in a speakers meeting, work the steps work your clean time or sobriety or both whether it be AA or NA , earn your recovery , an remember for all of us it's one day at a time, if you ever want to talk , I have a little over 11 year's clean an sober, God bless you
