How are you feeling today? If you are still sober congratulations. You have one more day to go. Because we do this one day at a time. I hear in meetings nothing changes if nothing changes and of course don’t take that first drink. It may sound outrageous to some but 90 in 90 works. Good job

I made it one more day. I ordered U Relax from Calming Co. to try next week. Hope it helps too.
It’s getting harder again when I get a passing thought to stop on the way home for JUST ONE DRINK
But ik it’s lies. And I’ve gotta fight the lies. Still have. I can do this!
Hope you can find you a good home group. I was able to catch two meetings today. I’m grateful I have the support I need there and plenty of good numbers in my phone
What do you mean by home group?
I have a good support system, church family, live with my son in our apartment with 2 roommates that are married, from our church. Ive just gotta reach out when needed
In the past I never reached out.
