It made dating easier for me….but I was 36 not 24

I frigging wish I had at 24 now 32 =( keep up things are the same just you have more going on and see a lot more stuff. You can still be wild and crazy! Trust me. Great job!

I was in my mid 20’s when I had my last drink/drug. Now I’m 53 with 26 years clean and sober. Wasn’t easy but I stuck it out and followed suggestions.

So proud of you for having the strength to get sober so young. I didn’t get sober until 48, so I think of all the years I just threw away. Hang in there!

I got sober at 24 and I'm still sober... it's been the best thing that I never thought would happen before 24
I totally understand this!!! You are definitely not alone! Message me and I can give you my number you can text any time. I just turned 27 and I have a year and 5 months sober, definitely not easy but it’s a simple program, we just complicate it with our own thinking

Find a YPAA (Young people of aa) near you, there all over. Here on the west coast there's tons of things going on. You'll find people your age all working towards the same goals wanting similar things. There are conventions all over the country. Plenty of opportunities to experience new things.
That's awesome!! Stick with it! I promise you're not missing anything and you won't regret it! I was a teen alcoholic and made alot of messes really early in life! I got sober at 28 and I'm 51 now. I'm so happy I've been able to spend a good chunk of my adult yrs sober! So many good memories! Wouldn't trade it for anything! Proud of you Girl 
At 38 I just ended a toxic 20 year marriage. It is hard at any age but have faith that you will meet the right person. You have a lot longer to find that special someone than I do. My suggestion, put your sobriety first and worry about relationships later because god isn’t going to let you die alone when you got that much time as long as you do what’s right. Do the right things and god will bless you.
I started about your age. It is more difficult in some ways for sure. The thing is that it only gets worse the older you get if you cam remember that and really digest it.
