It's crazy to me when you see something that hits Soo hard it feels like you were meant to see or hear it, last month I had seven months clean the longest I've had since a very young age, I got thru two days that I never had been able to before and I relapsed for a week but something was different because I picked up a white chip again two weeks ago, but the really crazy thing is that I didn't realize what it was that made me relapse till I read this post. Thank you for sharing your strength you never know who you will help is real AF ty

You're on a road trip and had a flat tire. Don't drive the car back all the way to the beginning just to start over. Fix it there and keep going.

You can do this. You did it for 10 years. The skills and learned lessons are still there. Just take it one day at a time. Proud of you for being honest and jumping back in. We’re here for you.
