I hate to worry about how many days someone has!

I only worry about three days. How was yesterday? Could Inhave done anything differently. Today did improve in any areas? Tomorrow is a blank slate. Do Injust practice being a better person all day. Do I focus on one task that once completed
promises to male life easier, or do I just put my hands in my pockets, call a friend and or a family member and ask if anything would make their life easier?

or why os pizza round yet put in a square box, and then cut into triangles?

I don't know about the game part but if you're thinking about drinking it's because you still think that drinking has something to offer you. It doesn't. People that pick up after they've been trying to stay sober do so because they believe the BIG lIE; that this time, everything will be okay. But it never is, is it?

Everybody's looking for alternatives to AA meetings these days but I'm here to tell you AA is a great program. I highly recommend that you just start getting active in the program and worry about sobriety for right now. Your life will balance out and you'll find some exciting things in your life as the changes are made.

It is going to seem like there's no excitement and everybody is out there having a good time except you. That whole idea is nothing but a facade.
You have a great exciting life ahead of you but you're going to have to take it one day at a time and take care of first things first.

Do you know what you get when you get a horse thief sober?
A sober horse thief.

Alcohol was but a symptom of our problem. We have to get down to causes and conditions.

When you take the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous the promises start to come true in your life and you will have more excitement than you ever dreamed possible.

Hey Sharon. We have all been there. I still wind up there at times. Where do you live? (Don’t mean your address) what city? Do you have many sober friends? You need a couple of people you can call when it’s bad. Even better you need a friend or two that can make a plan with you to do something exciting… but sober.

Meditate, I’ve been having urges/wants to drink lately and meditation has helped me. I never believed in it before but the last 3 nights it’s been a life saver!!! Try this one Guided Meditation for Letting Go - YouTube

Try rollerblades...use in tandem with a stairmaster.. Or please Go to More AA or your most important addiction meetings! If you still have the option to drink..if you don't realize that your drug leads Always to Insanity, Death, or Prison you Sadly may need a worse bottom... What Should be Terrifying to You is we Are Not guaranteed a Next Bottom...your very next drink or drug may only lead to a Quick Death or Prison or a slow long misery where you Never ever Recover...I was only 21 when God got me to AA...but I was Soul Crushed... ready Absolutely convinced I couldn't stop.......

Looking at your profile, you and I are not too far from each other. I live in Vermilion. I was just in Avon today picking up a shoe from a shoe repair place.
What a small world!

I'm not a fan of football but many people in my family are Cleveland Browns fans.
