Your story sounds a lot like mine btw. Started at 13/15 drinking/smoking. Not sure what life looks like without either but I don’t want the same life for my girls so I have to be different and break the cycle.

I also smoked since age 15 (maybe even younger) and recently switched to vaping a VUSE.
Drinking and smoking went hand in hand so I am now enjoying my CBD sparkling water and my vuse when I want.
Sooooo unlike me but I love it ! My family is floored and so happy !
Good for you! It’s SO hard, especially this time of year. Doing chores outside meant drinking afterwards. Harvest getting ready to start, so many things that I associate with beer & smokes.
