I know it can be like a rollercoaster of good and bad easy and hard at times. Stay strong:muscle:t3:! You know how the day goings of One Day At A Time, well what helped me through rougher times was to take it back from a day at a time to an hour, or even down to 15 minutes at a time. Just keep making it another 15 minutes and before you know tomorrow is here. Then you just keep moving forward inch by inch minute by minute. Not to offend if you’re not faith based but I am and I’ll be praying for you :pray:t3:. You can do this!

I know that it seems like a option when your going through something and people you surround yourself with always got something negative to say about you but don't let someone who ain't doing anything for you in your recovery to make you feel like it's not worth it because it truly is and if you need someone to talk to I'm always available day or night idc what time it is here is my phone number 615-640-7371 call or text me whenever I'm praying for you and you are stronger than you know

Jenn you're so brave to reach out! You are doing the right thing, we can't do it alone we are connected here ready to support. Deep breaths, keep showing up, get to a meeting, share, don't keep it to yourself and service, service, service and help another person suffering by listening. Get out of your ego that's talking trash in your ear. You'll hear your own story eventually. I echo others...you are stronger than you think! Angels all around you

"He healeth the broke heart, and bindeth up their wounds" Psalms 147:3

YOU ARE NOT ALONE, how are you doing right now?

It's a struggle, Jenn. Each and every day, some more than others. Head to a meeting if you are feeling alone.Head to the gym if you are feeling depressed. Our healthy routines are what help us get through these kinds of days.

I swear you got this!!! Even if you don’t believe it, YOU DO!!!
I’m 100 days sober, and the only way to do it is one day at a time!!! Sending all the good vibes your way❤️

Make a wish list of things you want to do and start to work toward it, it will help occupy your mind to focus on that and not the other. :yellow_heart: stay strong praying for you!

You got t this

Just keep hanging in there💪
You are worth it
