Exhaustion

Keep it Simple

I feel this one. I had to go through my list and get rid of anything that was an energy sucker. Friends, social media, habits.
Started cold plunging every morning followed by exercise

You got this, doing hard stuff daily will create more energy :metal:

Ask for the motivation and the rest will follow. I cleaned my apartment today and I didn't feel like it until about an hour after I asked for the drive to do so. On the flipside, you can sleep all you need. Just take care of YOU.
