Definitely give it up! make a lifestyle change, all alcohol does is rob your beauty, brains, and emotions. -

Definitely give it up it's well worth it that lifestyle is overrated in the longer you're in sobriety the more beautiful life is you start appreciating the smaller things instead of wanting more more I'm sure you're a great person without the alcohol you just got to start believing in yourself

Stick with it. One day at a time. Easy does it. I started the same way and I'm going strong making sure to take it one day at a time.

I’m so glad that you’re here first and foremost. It starts with you making ace conscious decision to not drink for just for one day one day turns into 22 turns into three and so forth on it’s not going to be easy. I promise you that but with this group and the help of the people here you will find your way and every day you will get stronger and stronger that’s when you have to start working on the things that way did you drink in the first place then from there you gain one day two days three days 24 hours 48 hours 72 hours and so forth on, but it going to start with you making a conscience decision every single morning you open your eyes and say a prayer God grant me the Serenity to accept the things that I cannot change to accept the things that I can and the wisdom to know the difference every single day
