Love this phrase too! Congrats on your 4 days. They are the hardest for me because I'm sick from binge drinking and can barely function. Hang in there it gets better

Have you tried working the steps, getting a sponsor, counselor, medication, found a church home, got busy with service work?? That’s what helped me.
Yep. Sure can. I was sick and tired of the sober me arguing with the alcoholic me. Glad I stuck with the sober. 90 days and counting!

Yes and AA is not for me. I never tried the medication.
