You didn't relapse. You made a conscious decision to use. Sometimes it gets really hard to be uncomfortable and continue to FACE YOURSELF. Recovery is not easy... What are some of the UNDERLYING THINGS THAT YOU ARE AVOIDING TO Address... Let's face them together... In the DOCTOR'S OPINION... STEP 1 AND STEP 3 THE WORD LIVES IS NOT SINGULAR but PLURAL.... meaning... SPIRITUAL..... MENTAL.... PHYSICAL.... EMPLOYEE/BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL LIFE... WE HAVE 5 LIVES. AND THEY NEED TO BE DEVELOPED... . OTHERWISE WE ARE OPERATING OUT OF ORDER.. GOD IS A GOD OF ORDER.

Good morning, I remember for whatever reason, day 6 was the worst for me as well. You just need to get through today.
