I have severe insomnia my whole life, in October I was awake 5 days roughly. Time cured that also. I listen and have it a chance.
I use melatonin. Gummy bear form. It's a natural sleep aid. I've had sleeping problems my whole life. It usually helps me sleep for about 6 hours anyways but for some reason I seem to wake up and I can't fall asleep
I had to be put on prescription meds for insomnia and still have issue with it
