Honesty will be your saving grace. Keep it up!! Proud of you. Got back to us & that’s all that matters today!
24 hrs!
Keep coming back
Woo hoo!
Never ever give up! I have had many relapses at the age of 70. But, I never ever gave up! Kept going to AA meetings.
My drinking career started in 2016. Since then I’ve relapsed 4 times.
Girl, you inspire me!
One day at a time. ODAAT.

I relapsed after having 16 months. It was a good thing for me as I learned that no matter how
Sorry didn’t finish. But anyway I learned that no matter how long I had been clean and sober that even the day I relapsed I pick right back up again in my addiction.
All I lost with my relapse was the ability to say I have 16 months clean and sober. I still had all of the knowledge that I had gained through meetings and my sponsor. I learned that this disease is sneaky and waits quietly in the background waiting to take me back. I had to work that much harder to keep from relapsing again. That was 16 years ago and by the grace of God, a good sponsor, and the people in the meetings I haven’t had to take a drink or a drug since 5/3/2005.
It takes guts to be honest and keep showing up and trying again. Day one for me ( and again ) for me as well, Doreen.
Good for you! Takes a lot of courage to walk back through the doors. Keep coming back!
One day at a time!
You were honest, that will be what saves you! So proud of you, keep the hours coming and youll be back on top in no time!
Welcome home! I’m on day 5 after 8 months. We can do this together!! K?
It takes a lot of courage to admit you relapsed. You have proven you have courage....you can use that same courage to start again. When you think about it, even though we have sober dates...we all start fresh each day. We only have to stay sober or clean for the 24 hours in front of us. So every morning that we wake up, its a fresh start for each and every one of us. Congrats to you Reen! You are a warrior!
