Take one day at a time. Keep your head up. Go to in-person or virtual meetings. Find a hobby you and your daughter can do.

Definitely get out and about, helps relieve the stress that comes with a bored little girl. I learned how to do acrylic and gel nails so that I'd have something to do with my daughter that she'd be interested in

If it helps.. ill share what i did early on in soberity.

Litterally just play the tape forward. Say you got the drink or drugs.. then what? You would be back to square one. Hungover, full of regret from poor decision making.

That logical thinking saved me

Jennifer, do you have a sponsor? Do you have a home group?
I’m here if you want to talk

Hope today is ok.

You can do it. Just think of the hardship you have been through because of that monster addiction

I have 15 and have had ruff night as well. We can do this.

Stay focused if u need anyone to talk to him me up I'll talk u thru it

I'm in the same boat. Just let the lord take your worries and trust in your higher power you will always have somebody, just need to be open to realize your never alone and happy fourth of July by the way , be freedom :sparkles: :sparkling_heart:

And your addiction will not win this tonight your strength and will to be free from this struggle will overpower any craving

Hey Jennifer! I added you! I don’t mind taking the time to be your friend and also to make sure to be someone you can lean on when in need. Staying sober is so difficult and I know you got this but it takes courage to do what you’re doing and it’s asking for help.

I don’t mind.

Looking forward to meeting you!
