I think I will try an AA zoom? I went to a couple and didn’t think was helping me. I just get a day off and look forward to having a beer. I just can’t stop as hard as I try. I have good intentions. One just ends up a case

If you don’t have your first drink .one day at a time. Or hours at a time.meetings will help 90 meetings in 90 days. Meet lots of people

Ok you learned the hard way. Like myself and so many others. 1 drink is too many 100 is never enough. It simply means you can never have another drink ever. Alcohol lets you believe you can control it. As you found out you can't. You have to figure out how to keep from having the first. You can't have 2 if you don't have the first. I'm still walking from my last mishap. I walk, eat, read, anything to keep that first drink away. You can do this. Reach out anytime I will talk anytime. Best of luck on you journey
