How did you stop?

I know it’s hard to quit using especially when your bored! The best thing I have tought myself when I want to use is find something new and adventurous to do! Try new things. Go for a walk or run! Maybe pick up a hobby! I know it’s not for everyone but it definitely helped me! Take it one day at a time! You got this!
