I made some friends in rehab that help support me. While none of my previous friends or my family are in recovery, they are all supportive. Despite being supportive, I don't feel they can understand. Hit me with a friend request if you want.

I live in the city surrounded by people but yet I get lonely af. I have been sober for almost 9 months but it'd really hard sometime

Loneliness is the biggest thing I deal with in sobriety.

I lift weights and work out to get my mind off it. Believe it or not, it works.

Hi, can relate with so much shared here. Just experienced some loneliness well, moments ago.

Belong to a couple of different friend / family groups via WhatsApp. I mean I care about them while feel space alien’esque so often.

I find comfort “ here “ even as I know not a single one of you.
