Yes, my opinion only I go to the 12 step fellowships. I worked the 12 steps with a sponsor and got rid of all the pain that I was holding onto for years.

I go to meetings I sponsor men and women and take them through the steps and help them change. Their lives is a beautiful place to be in my life today
