I know your pain I feel the same way but it's time goes on I feel less lonely I dedicate myself to work being sober and finding new ways to entertain my mind you got it stay the course and stay confident in you

Recovery can be very lonely. In my case no family support other than my husband. Haven’t seen family in my 4 years of sobriety. It’s my choice because it’s too much alcohol whenever with them. So to be safe I avoid it. But I do have a great group of sober friends. They have saved me from picking up several times. Keep posting and I am willing to private chat with anyone struggling.

56 male, agree with you, once sober,people I thought were friends...yall know.....I keep a small circle of men,but nothing is better than having women friends to hang out, do fun stuff ...anyone agree?
