Honestly when I need support I hit a meeting, share at a meeting, get a phone list,call those numbers on the phone list,get a sponsor and so forth, but if you need to talk you can friend request me and message me ,I have 8 months and 5 days clean today! Keep your head up

I'm sorry that you feel that way. But if I could mention one thing sometimes when we post not everyone sees the post because everybody jumps on different times that could be why. I'm going to friend request you and check in on you through the week OK

Day 1 Sober. I’m starting over. I need a lot of support. I’m going to a meeting tomorrow. I don’t want to keep doing this

I’m about 5.5 months sober & one thing that keeps me away from alcohol (substance of choice) is reminding myself that it’s POISON. That it is TOXIC to my body!
