10 out of 10 therapy for PTSD. Things didn't change until I did that. Mine was from a sexual assault and relationship trauma. Made for a bad combo. Sometimes, people can't afford that. Assessing what the signs of trauma are and recognizing triggers was a game changer for me. You're not nuts. This is how ptsd presents itself. I met the criteria.
Also, learning grounding techniques and mindfulness helped me engage my sense, so if I missed being triggered, I could come down from that. I did mindfulness excersizes for months before I could sleep regularly. 7 CUPS was awesome for general community support. Free app, and I found an app for cognitive behavioral excersizes to support my recovery.
