That’s good Katie. I fill my spare time around work—boredom is a trigger for me—with positive activities, hobbies and interests, namely, working out, reading, meetup groups, good movies, anything and everything outdoors, ect., and cut out people, places and things I associate with drinking. I was on a “pink cloud” too there for awhile, which collapsed almost overnight. Got some good advice about creating my own “pink cloud.” I did and smooth sailing so far.

Pink cloud hmmmm? My description of a pink cloud is a temporary thing that's created by maybe doing one thing well and then thinking a lot of other things are okay too like pink clouds are not real but that's my take on it I know it's a common saying in the rooms of AA and probably some other recovery rooms I definitely understand it I've been there but I know no longer believe in a pink cloud I think it needs to be described for what it is and that's the false sense of achievement it's okay but I think we should just call it a false sense of achievement
