I encourage Stephen & everyone else to look into Annie Grace & her books. They are very helpful & I borrowed them both for free from the library. The 1st one is called This Naked Mind & the 2nd one is called The Alcohol Experiment. They are both very enlightening!!! Then I downloaded her app on my phone for free. It’s called This Naked Mind Companion App. She also has a podcast & answers reader’s questions on YouTube … she’s the BEST!!! She can help you all get rid of your false beliefs & have self compassion & stay sober. Good luck everyone!!!! :purple_heart:
