Reading Allen Carr’s “Easy Way To Quit Drinking” was huge for me, so “Never question the decision” is my favorite quote (in regards to deciding to quit drinking- don’t second guess your decision).
Every time I’ve messed up it’s because I’ve thought “You know, maybe I overreacted. I don’t really have a drinking problem, one night won’t hurt” loll- I am always proven wrong.
