Just find things you enjoy and do them wether you feel up to it or not. You’ll occupy that down time and start producing that serotonin again. There’s plenty of good parks and stuff around Dickson. Get some sun and just keep tackling one more day, every day!
You will get there, Liz!

Good morning Liz,.
You are not alone. We have all been there. Feeling that no one will understand us. The feeling of anxiety feeling that the pain will never end.
But we do recover. One day at a time. The things I do today. I do my best to focus on today not tomorrow and not the past the past for me. It’s just a history lesson of the things I did. It is also a review mirror looking glass.. for those times that I think of picking up a drink or a drug. It helps me remember the pain that I had.. I no longer want in my life.
Just remember you are not alone we are glad you are here..
there is a AA mtg in a few hours, get to it, make 90 mtgs in 90 days, find a sponor, work the steps. This is the easier softer way. Pain shared is pain lessened.
Self-care, physical exercise & meetings are a good way to get back on track to your sober journey. Don't beat yourself up too hard, this disease is cunning & baffling, and we must be resilient when it comes to relapsing. Keep a positive outlook & keep reaching out. We are here for you as a community, have a good rest of your Friday & plan something fun for the weekend. You got this!

(Peace, Love & Prayer)
How are you today?
Absolutely. The great thing about again is that we already know we have the necessary tools to gain momentum. For me it was in the keeping momentum where I struggled for a few years. Once you have a routine that works why break it? I just have to remind myself of this no matter what life throws my way.
I'm on Librium and feel better than I have in years. Maybe look into it
Is it for depression or bi polar?
Alcohol withdrawal. Avoid seizures, etc.
