I am not a medical professional, so I would recommend speaking to one, but if you just detox cold turkey you should be okay. I have never done 7OH but I was a heavy opioid user, I tried to get clean so many times using methadone, suboxone, sublocade... the only time I actually stayed clean was after detoxing cold turkey ... it absolutely sucked but i needed to feel the pain to not want to go back. For me I went into a detox for the first 5 days and than I found somewhere safe to lay my head while the rest of the drugs worked their way out of my system. Sometimes the only way out is through.

You no clue how bad the withdrawals are from
07 h. It is pure h## unlike anything you could ever imagine. It also hitsthe same receptors as ssri meds so there is also emotional withdrawals. This stuff is man made its like 20 times more powerful than morphine..
