There’s a difference between being alone and lonely
I am so sorry that you have anxiety and depression right now. I do too. But I am learning to fight it head on. When you feel like you are all in your head step outside of it and talk to someone. It doesn’t have to be about using or your depression. But by talking to someone it will help you forget about what you were feeling/thinking about. You can do that!!!
The struggle is real here too. I hope you get feeling better really soon.
Couple of things that help me when I’m in a funk…Self Guided meditations on YouTube, getting outside for a walk, phone call to family, eat healthy, limit caffeine intake, music and developing a positive daily routine around these things. Drinking/drug use are never the answer…the feelings come back 10 fold once you come down from your high. Hope you’re doing ok, you got this!
