Many of us do it, but it’s still better than alcohol!

I think it's our body's way of saying hey, I'm no longer being flooded with all the sugar the alcohol contains, so now I'm looking for that sugar. I am clean 23 days today, and I noticed I crave sweets, drink more coffee, and unfortunately, smoke more cigarettes. For now I'm working on not drinking, eventually, I'll start to taper off of my other little vices. You're not alone though! Try to remember that you're not gonna be able to fix everything all at once, and right away. So for now, focus on staying sober, and eventually you'll be able to work on the sweets.
