Just wow! What a transformation! Your story feels so much like mine and that is what AA does for one another. Connection. I am grateful to be sober. I’m not having cravings because the last few times I drank I had alcohol poisoning. I was very scared the last time I drank. I’ve almost died due to my alcoholism. I’m grateful to FINALLY have a burning desire to stay sober.

Thank you for sharing. What an amazing transformation. I did it once with drugs, now I’m back at day one from drinking. I never thought I “had a problem” with alcohol until I got a job at a liquor store. I quit the job but not before I binge drank every day for a month straight. Just for today, I won’t drink. Thank you for your share.

Thank you for sharing. I am going through all of the same physical ailments, but the fatigue and general lack of motivation is the hardest for me!

Does anyone know how to locate Sober individuals in certain areas I’m from Seattle I would like to meet new Sober friends, but most of the AA meetings around me are closed.
