Just remember... it's not about catching up, it's about catching on.
Download the NA app, find a meeting (in person or zoom), find a sponsor and keep with it... you got this!

Keep on trucking. One day at a time.

AA / NA is all about change. If the only thing I changed was not consuming alcohol, eventually I would be left with no choice but to drink again.

I needed to take suggestions, keep an open mind, and get comfortable with being uncomfortable.

How bad do I want it? That was a question I continually asked myself in early sobriety - when my pride and ego tried blocking me from that essential psychic change that is necessary for sobriety... but every bit as important - true peace of mind.

The greatest gift AA has given me - is the single most important question I have to ask myself daily. "John, what are you afraid of?"

When I got sober 2.5 years ago, I would have told you I'm afraid of nothing. Today, I can tell you I was afraid of everything.

Do the work. You'll get to know yourself through it. At first I hated the guy I saw in the mirror. Today I respect him.

Good luck! Surrender 2 thoughts immediately. Surrender the thought that you can drink or do drugs safely. 2 - Surrender the idea that you are strong enough to do that by yourself; believe that you will need help - and that accepting help isn't weakness, it's an opportunity to help others at the sane time.

You look amazing too.Idol time is the biggest crime against nature. Stay busy keep your mind so busy you have no time to think about the things you don’t or shouldn’t want.

Keep it up. You got this!!!!!

So proud of you Bre, keep going :black_heart:
