Take 10 minutes at a time. Then work your way up to living one day at a time. Read, and learn something out of your norm.

Go to meetings, go to meetings, go to meetings, go to meetings, shake hands, go to meetings and then when you see someone raise their hand saying there are a sponsor grab the first hand you see. Sorry let me rephrase grab the first male hand that you see and ask can he be your sponsor
Be open minded. Be honest. Be willing. Do what your sponsor says. Get a home meeting let them get to know you so they can call you on your lies. Get close to old timers. Service work of any kind.
Be honest first and foremost always be honest with yourself with your counselors family friends that are actually there to support you and don't give a s*** about the people that are talking s*** they're the haters keep being strong and moving forward
