Everyday I start as 1. I don’t how many 1s at this point but but I don’t count days. That’s just me. All the power to those it helps but yesterday whether sober or not is gone. It’s been months I think. But right now is what I’m focused on. Staying present with my self because if I don’t all those days didn’t, don’t, and won’t matter. Why I’ve had 3.5 yrs. Before so what! I recently had another yr. So what. Why cause in a moment of losing self and losing site. Literally within 3 minutes went from being in school to be a LAC, LCPC. To BOOM! 2 felonies and an ankle monitor…. So those days those chips, that one second decision it all went away. Fight for right now! Today! It’s really all there is !!!
