I have! I lived in Manassas, VA back from 2005-2010. Luray was awesome and we would go to Shenandoah at every opportunity. I do need to get back, more serious about my yoga however. You inspire me to do so.
VA is a beautiful place. And thank you! Yoga has been incredibly healing for me, it’s something I hold close to my heart.
