I’m grateful that I’m celebrating my birthday today sober, for the first time in about 9 years. I'm grateful for everything that I've been through because without rain, we don't have flowers. I'm grateful for all the beautiful people in my life. I'm grateful that I feel understood, loved, appreciated, wanted, respected and cared for by others and (finally) myself.
