✨1/13/24 gratitude list✨

The gratitude continues!! :checkered_flag:

•I have a bunch of great friends. My disease had me convinced that sobriety would be so lonely when, in fact, the exact opposite is true.

•I have the opportunity to share at a CA meeting this afternoon.

•I was asked to be a sponsor last night. I am always honored when a new guy asks me to guide them through the steps.

•I am building a life that I can be proud of, one without secrets or shame.

•Google and Coursera for providing professional education courses.

•Since coming to AA, I’ve continually improved both mentally and physically. I’m grateful that there doesn’t seem to be a limit on progress.

•I have two dogs who love me very much.

•I’m excited for my family to see how big Norman has gotten. I’m grateful they’re all traveling so far to celebrate with me.

•I’m grateful for the responsibility to pass on what has been freely given to me in the form of Alcoholics Anonymous.

•I’m grateful that the importance of gratitude and acceptance we impressed upon me early in sobriety. Today, they come almost entirely naturally.

I pray that I may be grateful for the things I have received and do not deserve. I pray that this attitude will make me truly humble.
