✨1/19/23 gratitude list✨

•This photo of Barkley I have on my lock screen.

•A therapist who I enjoy talking with. I’ve never been able to maintain a therapy routine for very long, so I’m hopeful this time will be different.

•Recommitting to intermittent fasting.

•Sweet potato and black bean tacos.

•Having a spare car (Mom left hers at my house). It’s proven very helpful when I have a lot of driving to do.

•I get to go to the 9:30 meeting this morning. I missed it yesterday and won’t be there Friday.

•God knows and plans for my needs before I’m even aware of them.

•I’m not required to understand anything about God, except that I’m not Him.

•My whole attitude and outlook upon life has changed and continues to change. Every day I move closer to my ideal self.

•That feeling of uselessness and self-pity has disappeared. Today I have self esteem as well as a relationship with my higher power that allows me to approach any problem with grace.

God, thank you for my life.
