•Sound bath meditation last night. It’s so nice to see David in his element.
•The Fireplace video on Netflix. It makes my home feel even cozier in the morning.
•Barkley being such a happy, handsome, unproblematic king.
•Getting to witness the more serious side of Derek’s program.
•Sharing my experience, strength, and hope at a detox last night. Being able to walk out a free and sober man when I was done.
•God will never give me a greater load than I can bear.
•The blind faith I had when I came back into the rooms. Faith gave me an open mind and became the foundation for a relationship with a higher power.
