There is no way I just hit a year and a half alcohol free today!! I remember the last night I drank. In 6 days I’ll be exactly one year sober from everything! Thats funny to think lol. I got a hang of my sobriety with alcohol 6 months before I did with everything else! I’m so dang proud of myself you guys! I have have so many excited things happening! I have goals and plans! I actually love myself! I did the work to heal the underlying truama. I’m grateful I was able to stay sober during that time because I really feel like I turned a corner in my life. Its like I have gradually crossed this line into “stability”

Proud of you! It's wonderful to be able to see the progress on our sobriety and recognize that even though life is still hard it's 100% better doing it all sober. I can't imagine ever drinking again and falling back into that darkness.
