The gratitude continues!!
•I am increasingly self-aware.
•There are about 10 minutes in the morning when Norman and Barkley are just cute and not yet loud and chaotic.
•I feel prepared for tomorrow’s interview, and I still have plenty of time to study.
•I’m grateful for the body’s capacity to heal.
•Not picking up a drink creates infinite possibilities for me. Every day has the potential to be the best day of my life.
•I’m grateful for the spiritual toolkit that was laid at my feet when I began my AA journey.
•I’m grateful for my “get well” job.
•I know that this is only the beginning. There’s so much beautiful life out in front of me.
•This gratitude practice serves as a reality check on days I might not feel particularly grateful.
•I have complete confidence in my ability to do hard things. Since I’ve allowed God into my life, challenges don’t seem nearly as daunting.
Thank you for my life.
