- A very good sleep.

- Time with a friend and remembering every moment of it.
- Delivering on a commitment within the deadline.
- Meditation.
- Prayer.
- Day 3 of working out after 15 days off, feels really good.
- Taking care of legal issues, not hiding and pretending they don’t exist.
- Breath work.
- Decaf coffee. That’s a lie. I hate it very much. Trying to get to gratitude here.
