  3. Time with a friend and remembering every moment of it.
  4. Delivering on a commitment within the deadline.
  5. Meditation.
  6. Prayer.
  7. Day 3 of working out after 15 days off, feels really good.
  8. Taking care of legal issues, not hiding and pretending they don’t exist.
  9. Breath work.
  10. Decaf coffee. That’s a lie. I hate it very much. Trying to get to gratitude here.
