Tell me why you listed B12 complex? Is it solo pill or part of multivitamin? What's better?

It’s actually b complex. Ugh autocorrect. It is for energy, focus, nervous system regulating, immune system. I started a very physical job and was exhausted at the end of the day which I expected but then noticed a workout I did two weeks ago with no issues, I struggled with. So I went with the b complex and I’m like a different person. Worked a full day and ran errands, did some other work, and feeling good.
