- Giving myself the space to change things.
- Not being able to do some things I really want to do. And that is ok.

- A chilly morning that will make way for a sunny afternoon.

- Knowing God loves me.
- Listening to my body.
- Going slower than I think I need to.
- Gratitude.

Definitely loving the natures soundtrack right now myself! Sitting on my couch having coffee and doing a little scrolling on my phone before I get ready to go to a meeting. I have the sun beaming in on me and all the birds singing and playing right outside the window. It’s lovely
