  1. Grateful for my sobriety
  2. Grateful that I am still working on not reacting, I don’t have to react right away, I can take a deep breath and come back to the perceived issue
  3. Grateful that I have a true faith to turn to, I don’t put faith in temporary solutions like drinking anymore
  4. Grateful that I can call others for help but I can also call and listen to others
  5. Grateful for the things I have, I lose sight that five years ago I didn’t have much and I wanted to end my life; today that is not the case
