Today marks 1 month alcohol free for me! I even made it through two trips away with friends and family. It wasn’t easy but I’m feeling really proud of myself today.

Hey, I just wanted to tell you how proud I am of you. A whole month alcohol-free is such an amazing accomplishment. I know it’s not always easy, but you’re doing such a great job, and it really shows. You’re stronger than you know, and I hope you’re proud of yourself too because you should be.
